Vince DeGiaimo has more than 35 years of diversified financial and business experience. Most recently, he was the Chief Operating and Chief Compliance Office of Muirfield Capital Management, LLC. (2004-2009). He co-headed the Realty Services Group at Credit Suisse First Boston(2001-2002). Before that, he served as Chief Financial and Chief Administrative Officer for the Investment Banking Division of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette(1979-2001). Prior to joining DLJ, Mr. DeGiaimo held senior financial positions at CBS, American Express Company and CreditCorp International.
Mr. DeGiaimo is a CPA in the State of New York and received his early training at the accounting firm KPMG. He is a graduate of St. Francis College. Mr. DeGiaimo serves on numerous non-profit boards and is a graduate of the Columbia Business School's Institute for Not-for-Profit Management.
